WARRANTY: I control every step of the production
process, from buying the raw silver and gold, to all the gemstone and pearl aquisitions. Every step from the original
design, to making the production molds, to making the waxes, and casting the pieces, silver or gold, to the finishing of each
piece, and setting of the gems or pearls, is done by me. All of my pieces are marked for the Sterling Silver Jewelry,
TK925USA, and for the Gold Jewelry, TK14KUSA. This is required by Federal Law. Since I build all of my pieces,
in the USA, I can offer a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship on every piece I manufacture. This does
not cover the SILVER CHAINS, or DAMAGE beyond normal wear. Items with pearls require additional care.
Pearls are an organic gemstone, a gem of the sea, and do not tolerate harsh cleaning agents such as jewelry cleaners.
To clean silver or gold jewelry with pearls, use a solution of warm water, and mild dishwashing soap and an old toothbrush.
DO NOT USE TOOTHPASTE. After cleaning, dry off, and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth. This process can be
used on all jewelry I make. I stand behind what I build. I produce 3000 or more pieces each year, and have had
3 or 4 warranty jobs in the past 5 years. This is an excellent record. If there is a problem or a question please
